On July 24 and 25, the Pink Night enlivens Porto San Giorgio, with its waterfront, squares, and streets in the center. For two nights, concerts, shows, entertainment, street performers, markets, and open shops paint the city pink and transform it into a celebration.
The Pink Night is one of the most important summer events in the city of Porto San Giorgio, held on the last weekend of July. For two nights, the waterfront, squares, and streets of the city turn pink, creating a captivating and engaging atmosphere that attracts residents and visitors. The city transforms into a large open stage with live concerts, shows, entertainment, street performers, family entertainment, markets, and many promotions in stores until late at night. It is a very special pink weekend, filled with colors, lights, and emotions, celebrating summer and inviting everyone to experience Porto San Giorgio in a spirit of festivity, joy, and participation.
Piazza Matteotti is located in the centre of Porto San Giorgio, near the railway station. It can be reached by car via the A14 motorway, taking the Porto San Giorgio–Fermo exit, or along the SS16 Adriatica road.
The square is located in front of Porto S. Giorgio–Fermo railway station, on the Adriatic railway line, and is therefore very easy to reach by train.
Visitors can use parking areas near the railway station and the town centre. During busier periods, especially in summer or during events, it is advisable to check local signs and any temporary parking restrictions.
The International Guitar Festival J. Rodrigo pays tribute to the Spanish composer with a summer series of concerts. Curated by the Joaquin Rodrigo association, it offers music and meetings in various locations, with free admission.
The Mid-Summer Festival enlivens Marina di Altidona every August 10th, from dawn until night. Local businesses and associations offer music, shows, entertainment, and culinary experiences for residents, families, and tourists on vacation.
